How do I find an ICS feed URL?
Most calendar apps provide a "subscribe" or "export" link. In Google Calendar: Settings → [calendar name] → "Integrate calendar" → copy the Secret address in iCal format. For Teamsnap, Schoology, and similar apps, look for a "webcal://" or "Subscribe to calendar" button.
What is an app-specific password?
Apple requires apps that access iCloud via CalDAV to use a dedicated password — not your main Apple ID password. Generate one at appleid.apple.com → Sign-In and Security → App-Specific Passwords. This keeps your main password safe and lets you revoke access at any time.
How often does Caldzy sync?
Automatically every 15 minutes. You can also trigger an instant sync by tapping the refresh icon on the Dashboard.
Events appear twice in my calendar — what happened?
This usually means the same ICS feed was added to two different Caldzy syncs, or you also subscribed to the feed natively in Apple Calendar. Remove the duplicate sync in Caldzy or unsubscribe from the native calendar subscription.
What does Smart Arrival do?
If an event description contains phrases like "arrive 30 minutes early" or "call time: 9:00 AM", Caldzy creates an additional calendar reminder at that time so you never arrive late.
How do I share a calendar sync with a family member?
On the Dashboard, tap a sync card → Share. Enter the family member's Caldzy email. They'll see it in the "Shared with me" section and can enable it to their own iCloud calendar.
How do I revoke Caldzy's iCloud access?
Go to appleid.apple.com → App-Specific Passwords and revoke the Caldzy password. Then delete your account in Caldzy Settings. No data is retained after account deletion.
